Exercise is highly recommended as a part of weight loss plan combined with a healthy diet but changes must all be gradual ensuring that you find a very natural way to lose weight.
As a complement, hypnosis can help you overcome unconscious obstacles which prevent you from losing weight and from maintaining your ideal weight after a successful diet. A satisfactory weight loss is as much about re-programming your unconscious mind as it is about dieting.
