Attain Your
Healthy Weight Program:
This
program is a total of 4 hypnotherapy sessions. Each are approximately
90 minutes in length, with the first session
often
extending
a bit
longer. Ideally all of the sessions are booked at the beginning
to ensure convenient times are available. I recommend spacing your
sessions 2 weeks
apart,
so that the entire program takes approximately
2 months. After that you will continue to work with the hypnosis
CDs povided with the program. You will also have access to ongoing
telephone/drop-in support.
Fee: $390
Payment is due in full
at the first hypnotherapy session. Hypnotherapy
sessions take place at Nanaimo Hypnosis located in the Old City
Quarter of Nanaimo, BC on Vancouver Island. (Location)
The Attain Your Healthy Weight Program, like all hypnotherapy,
requires that you want to succeed and that you invest your energy
